Hello and welcome to my commissions and TOS
My commissions are normally always open because I don't get many comms so don't hesitate to ask for one ^^My preferred method of payment is da points and USD (PayPal or cash app)
Terms of service
This is my TOS
There's not much to say here but it's something
By buying my art you automatically except my terms of service whether you have read them or not
Failing to comply with my TOS will result in a warning! Failing to fix what I have warned you about will result in a blacklist
➜ if you have commissioned me and you have a toyhouse please credit me there! My username is StormCrow
➜in the case you don't have a toyhouse credit me as StormCrow with a link back to my profile
➜ I have the right to cancel or refuse your commission for whatever reason without explanation
➜ if you are buying my art I will always ask for you to send half of whatever the currency being used before I start. Failure to do this after me asking twice will result in me canceling your commission.
➜ I will not start your commission until half is payed.
➜ if you have payed half price and I have had to cancel a commission for whatever reason you will receive a full refund.
➜ I do halfway check ins and at this point I will ask if you want something changed
➜ in the case of a pixel animation I will do two check ins if the character is super complex one at the sketch and one before I start animation
➜ you can use any art you receive from me as a profile picture as long you you don't claim it to be your creation.
➜ If the character has only a bust design and you ask for art that is over a bust, your giving me permission to design the parts of the character that does not have a design yet, same goes for the inside of the mouth and nose. So if you have a preference for a design be upfront about it
➜ if you have received a design/custom/adopt you can change the design in Minor ways and can add or subtract accessories till your heart's content.
➜in the case of an art trade I will ask for a wip of the art whenever you start this is to insure I'm not being scammed. I all also said you a stash link or send the art to the characters th profile after you have said your finished.
➜if you do an art trade with me and don't finish it without letting me know you can't finish you will be gray listed
➜ this is a heavy wip so it will be updated as time goes on!
Commissions

My prices very and at the current time I have no set prices for any of my art forms.
I am ONLY taking USD comms!!Normal art comms
➜ Normal art comms are $15-$35 depending on what you want and the character
➜ Busts are normally $10 - $15
➜ Half body can be $15 - $20
➜ Full body can be $20 - $30
➜Note these are the base price and I based them on clean lines and flat color so price can go up or down depending on if you want it fully shaded with a scene or if you just was a sketch
➜ I can also do human designs of your character if wanted!
➜ Human designs will be cheaper as Im still in a very experimental stage but I can do from sketches to fully shaded just not scenes yetPixel art
➜ pixel gif icons are $10usd (or 15-20usd depending on character complexity or if you want a more complex gif)
➜ PageDoll-like pixel comm $10-15 (cuz I'm experimenting with this as Ive only done it once)Monster hunter inspired

About the artist
Hello I'm StormCrow or crow for short, I'm just your average shy artist that draws dragon. I'm going off as a freshman in college now taking basic studies as I don't know what I want to do. I live in the United States on the eastern standard time zone.
I'm very dyslexic, have pretty bad ADHD, and really bad anxiety. I love to draw dragons but I will try to draw any animal under the sun if you asked.
I love to read but do to my dyslexia I read super slow. I love to read fantasy books and books with dragons magic and romance.
I also read webtoon and if you need some really good webtoon recommendations I'm your person XD
I also love video games and play a bunch of different games. So far my favorites are, final fantasy VII, persona 5 Royal, legend of Zelda, breath of the wild, super smash bros, horizon zero dawn, Hogwarts legacy, monster hunter, Minecraft, ECT.
